E-Commerce Marketing and Sales Specialists are typically responsible for managing the development and maintenance of our online stores. Tasked with coming up on new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics. Typical Job Roles include but not limited to Creation of Product Pages, Managing SEO Listings on Different Directories and Search Engines, Formulation of Marketing Strategies, Email Campaigns, Fliers/Creative Designs, Cold Contacting Customer Accounts based on client dataset provided.
Requirements
Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on our product portfolio and new products launched on to our inhouse eCommerce website.
Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and take ownership of daily business administration on assigned customer accounts.
Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
Work with product management, sales and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce and social media platforms.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
Multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Possess a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.
Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
Having Self Laptop, Vehicle is preferred.
